If you want students to pay you through Voilà via our payment partner Stripe (Stripe Connect), your tutor account must be based and banked in one of the following countries:
North America — United States, Canada, Mexico.
Europe — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Asia-Pacific — Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand.
Other (subject to Stripe limitations) — Brazil, India, Indonesia (invite-only), United Arab Emirates.
If you're outside this list, you can still teach on Voilà — you just collect payments from your students directly (IBAN, Wise, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) while continuing to use all of Voilà's tools (scheduling, recording, AI summaries, the Voilà Bot, and more).
Voilà subscriptions — the student app and AI Insights for students, and our per-session software-usage fee for tutors — are billed through FastSpring, our payment partner. FastSpring supports subscription billing in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. Enter your billing country at checkout to confirm availability and see applicable tax. If subscription checkout is unavailable in your region, you can still take lessons with any Voilà tutor by paying that tutor directly, outside the platform.
