We base our pricing on a standard 60-minute hour. However, we bill per minute. There is a minimum charge of 30 minutes per session. If your session lasts 45 minutes, you are charged exactly 75% of the hourly rate. If it lasts 61 minutes, you are charged for 61 minutes.
Yes! You are not locked into a "Bot" plan or an "Extension" plan. Since we charge per session, you can use the Extension for one student (paying €0.99) and the Voilà In-Platform hosting for another student (paying €2.99) on the same day.
This only applies to the Voilà In-Platform product. The base price includes you (the tutor) and up to 2 students. For every additional participant beyond that, we charge an extra €0.25 per session.
No. Voilà is free for students. The cost per session is charged to the tutor's account.
