Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen on voila.fun. It displays configurable widgets on a grid layout, giving you a quick overview of upcoming lessons, earnings, progress, and tasks.
Configuring Your Dashboard
- Click the settings icon on the dashboard to open the widget configuration panel.
- Toggle widgets on or off to control visibility.
- Drag and drop widgets to reposition them on the grid.
- Resize widgets by dragging their edges.
Changes save automatically. The dashboard uses a 4-column grid. On first visit, a default layout is applied based on your role (tutor or student). You can customize it at any time.
Tutor Widgets

| Next Meeting | Upcoming lesson with a countdown timer. |
| Monthly Projections | Estimated earnings and lesson count for the current month. |
| Marketplace Stats | Profile views, impressions, and conversion metrics from the tutor marketplace. |
| Billing Usage | Current billing cycle usage and estimated charges. |
| Messages | Recent messages from students. |
| To-Do List | Personal task list with categories, sub-tasks, due dates, and drag reordering. |
| Recent Sessions | Latest completed lessons with links to summaries and recordings. |
| Referral Programme | Referral stats, shareable code, and earned credits. |
Student Widgets

Conditional Widgets
Some widgets only appear when certain conditions are met:

| Tutor Profile | Active tutor relationship required. |
| Tutor Availability | Active tutor relationship required. |
| Session Packages | At least one purchased session package. |
If a widget is missing from the configuration panel, check whether the condition above has been met.
To-Do List Widget
The To-Do List is a built-in task manager available to both tutors and students:
- Create tasks with a title and optional due date.
- Organize tasks into categories (free-text grouping).
- Add sub-tasks under a parent task.
- Reorder tasks by dragging.
- Mark tasks as complete when done.
