Getting Started (Tutors)

This guide walks you through signing up as a tutor and completing your initial setup on voila.fun.

Creating Your Account​

  1. Go to voila.fun/sign-up and select Sign up as a Tutor.
  2. Register with your email or continue with Google.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • First name
    • Country
    • Languages you speak — list your native language first, then any additional languages
    • Languages you teach

Choosing Your Plan​

After completing signup, choose one of two options:

First Steps After Signup​

Once your account is created, you land on your Dashboard. Complete these steps to start teaching:

  1. Complete your tutor profile — Add a photo, introduction video, tagline, bio, pricing, and certificates for each language you teach. A complete profile increases your visibility on the marketplace.
  2. Set your availability — Define your weekly hours so students can see when you are free to book.
  3. Connect your calendar — Sync Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook for automatic busy-time detection and lesson creation.
  4. Set up Stripe Connect — Connect a Stripe account to receive payments from students.
  5. Invite your first student — Send an invitation by email or share your public profile link.
