Onboarding Interviews

Voila offers AI-guided onboarding interviews — interactive conversations that walk you through different areas of the platform. Each interview covers a specific topic and helps you understand how to use the tools effectively.

How It Works​

  1. Go to Interviews from the sidebar.
  2. Browse the list of available topics and their completion status.
  3. Select a topic and click Start.
  4. Chat with the AI — it asks questions, explains features, and responds to your follow-ups.
  5. The interview ends automatically when the topic is fully covered, or you can click Complete to finish early.

Interviews are conversational, not quizzes. The AI adapts its questions based on your answers and speaks in your native language.

Completion​

Each interview tracks your progress:

  • The AI may auto-complete the interview after the topic is fully covered.
  • Interviews also auto-complete after 30 messages or 2 hours, whichever comes first.
  • You can revisit completed interviews to review the conversation.

When to Use Interviews​

Interviews are most useful when you are new to the platform or exploring a feature you have not used before. They provide a structured way to learn without reading through documentation — the AI explains features in context and answers your specific questions.
