Access Settings from the header to manage your account, preferences, and integrations.
Account Settings
Personal Info
| Setting | Description |

| Basic Info | Name, email, and account details. |
| Voice Sample | Record a voice sample to improve transcription accuracy for your lessons. |
| Display Language | The language used in the platform interface. |
| Currency | Currency used for billing and payments on the platform. |
Languages
Set your target language, native language, and pronunciation level
Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive:
- In-app notifications — appear in the notification center on voila.fun
- Email notifications — sent to your registered email for events like new messages, lesson confirmations, and AI summaries
Configure per-type preferences in Settings → Notifications.
Integrations
| Integration | How to connect |

| Google Calendar | Settings → Integrations → Connect Google Calendar. Lessons sync to your calendar. |
| Microsoft Outlook | Settings → Integrations → Connect Outlook Calendar. Lessons sync to your calendar. |
Calendar integration adds your lessons to your external calendar and shows you synced availability.
Subscription
Students can subscribe to Premium AI Insights — an add-on that unlocks an AI chat powered by Gemini, giving you access to your full lesson history, personalized vocabulary analysis, grammar patterns, and 24/7 practice prompts based on your real lessons.
- Free trial: 30 days free when you first activate it.
- After the trial: $9.99/month (billed in your local currency; taxes included).
- Manage or cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription.
